This time of year so many people are starting new diets to once again shed pounds and look and feel healthier. I tell you this though many of you will fail, as I myself often have over the years. The thing we are all doing wrong is that most of us are depriving ourselves when really instead of taking away the things we really like we should be adding the things our bodies really need. If you eat more salads, fresh fruits, if you add more whole foods and take away less processed foods you will eventually eat less of the "bad" stuff. Also address your emotional eating, I am listening to an awesome book called What are you Hungry For? I highly recommend it.

I don't know about the rest of you but I certainly have been making some changes around here and they all seem to be working out quite nicely! If you aren't feeling light hearted these days then maybe it's time for you to make some changes too? I know its hard for some to let go of the old patterns but if you can try a bit, one step at a time you just may find yourself someplace new that you really like.
