Remember forgiveness is a gift that you give YOURself...no matter how much pain you feel or if the person never apologized it is still important for you to find a way to forgive. you are only hurting yourself by holding onto anger, as the saying goes holding on to anger is like holding a hot coal in your hand with the intention of throwing it at your offender .....think about this today and see what hot coals you are ready to let go of.....
